PAIDI groups in the Unit:

The main research line of this unit is to investigate and evaluate markets. Moreover, it analyses the organization of companies and the use of ICT by the olive oil sector. It analyses the behavior of national and international olive oil consumers through the design of marketing plans, business positioning and the study of brands, packaging and labeling to establish strategies to improve marketing within the olive oil sector.
