
The Professor of Marketing and Market Research, Manuel Parras Rosa, has led a technical team made up of researchers from the University Institute of Research into Olives and Olive Oils (INUO) of the University of Jaén (UJA). Its mission has been based on the preparation, for the second consecutive year, of the Study of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Value Chain at the Spanish Market, available on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
In addition, on 28 April, at the Session of the Food Chain Observatory, members contributed the new updates on the Study of the Value Chain and a report on innovative foods.
