INUO is participating in the EU-CAP (European Network of the Common Agricultural Policy) Workshop ‘Enhancing food security under changing weather patterns: farm adaptation‘, to be held in Bologna on March 14 and 15.
The aim of this conference is to analyze the impacts and vulnerabilities of climate change on the productive capacity of European agrosystems and to discuss strategies to help agriculture adapt to this global change.
The Institute is represented through the European project Soil O-live and the project Brachycover (Project funded by the Ministry of Ecological Transition): Quantifying the impact of climate on the implementation and functionality of groundcovers in olive groves, both led by Professor Antonio José Manzaneda, from the University Institute of Research on Olive and Olive Oil.
